We had originally met Dawn at a home that she was showing and were immediately impressed by her willingness to help us and provide us with as much information as possible. I can definitely say we were a bit “picky” and pretty firm on what we wanted in terms of a new home, but throughout it all Dawn was very patient and accommodating. I was especially impressed by her lack of forcefulness. She never pushed anything on us and always allowed us to know that no matter what, it was our decision. That is what makes her an exceptional realtor. Not only did she give us our freedom to choose, she always gave an honest opinion and made sure that we were happy. Dawn works very hard as well, I don’t know how many times we were out until 10pm either looking at homes or writing offers. She is resilient and puts her heart into her work. You can tell she really cares for her clients and her work shows it. I would recommend her as a realtor any time.

Our family relocated to Calgary from Toronto with Imperial Oil this year. We had the very good fortune of being put in touch with Dawn by our Relocation Specialist.

We were sent to Calgary for 7 days to purchase a home. Our most important criteria was to find a home that offered a Catholic School with a Kindergarten to Grade 9 program. We spent 5 days searching day and night for such a community with a house for sale. It was an unbelievable difficult task.

On one of our final evenings in Calgary after being on the road with Dawn for 12 hours that day, we began to seriously contemplate returning to Toronto without a purchase.

Dawn remained focused and would not allow us to give up. She checked to see if any new listings had come on the market while we were out looking for homes, and surprisingly one new listing in a community that met our criteria had become available. We could only admire her enthusiasm. We bought this home!

Dawn worked with us late into the night putting the offer together. We spent the next 48 hours firming up the deal. Dawn organized the home inspection and ran around with us satisfying all other conditions. She worked diligently to make it all come together. We released the final waiver, and 30 minutes later we were in the air on our way back to Toronto! It was unbelievable.

Dawn was so supportive and encouraging to be with during this highly stressful time. She never lost her patience, or gave up. Things could have turned out differently had we not been put in Dawn’s very capable hands. We spent many hours together during our stay. Dawn put her family and personal commitments aside to give us 100% of her attention. We are truly indebted to her for the personal and professional care she provided to us as her clients. We would highly recommend Dawn to any of our colleagues. Dawn was a true pleasure to work with. She is an absolute rock under pressure.

We wish Dawn continued success in her Real Estate Career. If Dawn treats all of her clients as she did us, she can only succeed.
